Teriyaki Salmon Bowls

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Cooked rice and steamed broccoli for serving

Instructions

  • Whisk tamari, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
  • Sear salmon in oil 2 minutes per side; pour in sauce and simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
  • Serve over rice with broccoli.
