low-sodium tamari or soy sauce

honey or maple syrup

rice vinegar

grated ginger

Cooked rice and steamed broccoli for serving
Instructions
Whisk tamari, honey, vinegar, ginger, and garlic.
Sear salmon in oil 2 minutes per side; pour in sauce and simmer 1–2 minutes until glossy.
Serve over rice with broccoli.
